Michael Boucher CPA – Owner Michael Boucher has been located in Old Saybrook, CT, working as an owner, partner and employee since 1992. His area of practice is concentrated in small business entities, sole proprietorships and individuals, providing services for clients living or doing business in 30 different states and countries.

Tina Genga- Office Administrator
Tina joined the firm in July 2017 after a successful career with Connecticut Water company and Pfizer in Senior Administrative roles and former office manager at Lewitz, Balosie, Wollack, Rayner & Giroux, CPAs. Tina’s various duties include secretarial, office administration and light bookkeeping.
Erik Tyrol – Accountant
Experienced Tax and Accounting professional, with strong understanding of individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns. In addition, Erik is experienced in financial statement preparation, developing and maintaining accounting systems and resolving issues with state and federal tax agencies. He was previously employed by Mahoney Sabol CPAs and Advisors.
Carolyn Boucher – Director of Client Services
Carolyn Boucher is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdviser. She has a BS in Economics and background in banking, working with Citi Group in Sales/Marketing and Mortgage Underwriting. She worked with Michael to launch the firm, Michael Boucher CPA from it’s inception. Carolyn is responsible for Client Services, Special Projects and Office Management.

Stephen Palmer – Accountant
Stephen earned his BS in Accounting (2018) from Eastern Connecticut State University. He is currently pursuing an M.S. degree program in taxation while working as a new accountant for our firm. Stephen brings enthusiasm, hard work and the cutting edge understanding of the accounting profession.
